At the Overflow Initiative we pour love on to everyone regardless of their religion, background, and belief systems. Everyone, no matter who they are or what they believe, has the capacity to love, uplift, and serve others. Especially those who are overlooked and pushed into the margins. Service becomes a bridge - not a barrier- uniting people across differences and keeping the focus on people, not agendas. 

The Overflow Initiative helps demonstrate this love by consulting with individuals to understand their overflow zone, and how it can be used to pour positive change into our community. We help you take the first step in matching your talents and interests to another’s need. We also organize regular group events, where we work as a team towards causes that make an impact in Madison and surrounding communities.
